Deadspace – theory
In today’s busy world, we need to find a place to just be, C and D. If we’re not careful, before we know it, all that we’ll be able to do is to hold on tight as our miserable lives slip-slide down the soil-stack of destiny.
But it doesn’t have to be like this. There is an alternative path. An M6 Toll if you will.
I have spent upwards of ten minutes studying traditional mindfulness techniques, and have found them extremely useful indeed.
All teach that we must learn to become more selfish. With practise you’ll be able to ignore the kids, ignore your boss and ignore everything but the void between your ears. You are the one who matters.

I have created a series of short but powerful lessons – mindfulness suppositories if you will – to help you master some of the main techniques that have already completely changed my life. Download each one, plug in your headphones, and close down your mind.
